UCC Article 9 now adopted in all States |
| All jurisdictions have now adopted the new article 9 according to the International Association of Corporate Administrator's (IACA) Secured Transaction Section (STS) subcommittee. Effective dates: Connecticut - October 1, 2001, Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi - January 1, 2002 All other jurisdictions - already in effect. |
